Availability
✨✨✨I have a dog of my own who house sits with me- she gets along with all dogs she meets. I’m currently only available from mid-June through early August due to my primary job being a teacher for WCPSS. I occasionally will be available on holidays, but no guarantee.

Safety, trust & environment
Dogs need consistency from their caretaker and their routine, so I try to learn about their typical schedule and stick to that as closely as possible. Some are more homebodies while others love a good walk- and I’m open to helping with both types and anything in between. I have had the privilege to petsit for many affectionate cats, so I enjoy playing with them as well as getting some quality cozy time with them on the couch.
Information Hayli A. would like to know about your pet
There’s a few things I like to know ahead of time regarding your pet, specifically dogs. I need to know their general food routine, how active they are, any specific medical needs, and any particular body language signs to look for I may not immediately recognize (such as a bathroom cue or unique way of showing stress).
A typical day
I love seeing what a dog’s favorite toy is and playing that with them- usually either a tugging game or fetch! I have a fenced in dog park in my neighborhood and another across the street I like to take them to if they’re social, otherwise I typically stay in areas they are familiar with for walks or playing.

Pet care experience
I love pets and LOVE being a Dog Mom! I have lived with both dogs and cats, and have sat for both as well. I currently have a super social Goldendoodle who turned 1 in February 2026. Animals typically warm up to me pretty quickly, as I always treat them with respect and give them time they need to feel safe.
Reviews

My 3 Goldens had a great stay in the comfort of their own home with sitter Hayli and her sweet pup, Ivy 🥰. Hayli is very communicative and sent plenty of updates with photos and videos. They were definitely in great hands with her, which allowed me to enjoy my time away & not worry constantly about my fur babies. Thank you, Hayli!

Hayli was recommended by my regular dog walker while she was out. Hayli did a great job and I recommend her as well!

Can’t recommend Hayli enough! Wonderful with the pups and a lovely person!

Hayli did a great job with Gord. She was willing and wanted to get know Gord before staying at our home for two weeks, which I think put everyone at ease. Even with the few initial hiccups, Hayli proved to be responsible and a true professional - even though we were 5,000 miles away. She provides regular updates to make us feel at ease, asking questions to ensure we were on the same page and if she could do something additional. She was timely and generous. Gord and her family look forward to working with Hayli (and Ivy :) ) in the future. We’ve already re-booked!
