Hayley looked after my two cats while I was away, and I was very pleased with the care she provided. She was reliable, respectful of my home, and clearly experienced with cats. Both of mine can be a bit shy around new people, but they warmed up to her quickly, which says a lot. She kept everything tidy, followed feeding instructions carefully, and even took the time to play with them and send me a few updates. It was reassuring to know they were in good hands.
