Hayley can care for
Availability
I have some remote work days during my week and I can work from just about anyway during those days. I want to offer care to someone who maybe doesn’t have the privilege of being at home with their fur-baby.

Safety, trust & environment
I’m there to look after your pet in the environment it’s most familiar with. I respect your space the way you want me to. I’m comfortable crating your pet, handling feedings, ensuring they have enough water, safely taking them out for potty breaks, supervising their outside time leashes or unleashed, taking them on walks with attentiveness and awareness (never on my phone or with headphones - I like to be alert and engaged), and showing them lots of love, cuddles (or space), pets and scritches, verbal encouragement, and positive reinforcement.
Information Hayley V. would like to know about your pet
I’d love to know your animal’s likes/dislike, preferred schedule, favorite comforts (toys, blankets, stuffies, etc.), any commands/training you’re working on, any allergies they might have, or meds that need to be administered. Do they have any fears or things we need to cautious of? How can I best support your pup in your absence?
A typical day
I’d love to provide enrichment for all animals. Whether it’s a treat puzzle or hand feeding for dogs, to waving a feather wand or throwing a toy for a kitty, I like to engage with the animal and make sure they’re getting the attention and play they deserve. We will go for walks, play in the snow (if that’s their thing), or take a loose lead walk to get all those extra sniffs in. I typically walk pups on a path through a beautiful wooded area near my house or play with them with a favorite toy in a fenced area.

Care For Your Pet Like It’s My Own
Pet care experience
With over 13 years of experience caring for different animals, I want to extend that to other pet parents and fur babies who need an extra hand. I’ve cared for cats, dogs giant and itty bitty, hamsters, bunnies, fish, etc. many of them being my own. From fostering a Great Pyrenees with separation anxiety, now babysitting him when his adoptive parents are away to prepping veggies for a bunny and cleaning kitty’s litter boxes, all animals are important in my eyes. I know from experience how hard it can be knowing your baby might be alone for awhile and how that can weigh on you! I’m here as a communicative, caring, and animal-loving person to carry that weight, ease your mind, and care for your pet in the way that’s most conducive to them so they can thrive until you’re home again!

Thanks so much Hayley for your great care of Luna!

Hayley is amazing! I recommend her wholeheartedly. She takes amazing care of my cats, and they are happy to see her every time she comes! I even confused the dates when I booked her, and she was still able to come and help me out on a day I hadn't included. She's wonderful!!

Hayley is awesome! She treated our cats exactly as we would have treated them - with kindness and gentleness. She spent some extra time petting them and getting to know them even though we had only asked for drop in visits. We would have her take care of them again in a heartbeat!
Hayley is great with all animals! She is very attentive to the needs of animals and cares for them like they are her own. I know I can count on her to watch not only my pets, but also my home when I’m away.
