We come from a family who have had dogs for many years, and have looked after various friends & family members dogs for many years too, taking them for lovely walks around Alfreton where we live, and the Peak District. We love to look after dogs and really make them a part of the family. We love doggie cuddles on the couch at night while were all relaxing and watching a film. We have a son called Oak who is 8 and he loves dogs too. We live 5 minutes from Alfreton park where we go everyday for our morning walk. We keep chickens in a secure coop in our garden.

Had a trial with Hayley and Pete and it went very well. They were very thorough and sent pics of my dog enjoying his walk with the other dogs. Very friendly, reasonably priced, good service.

Absolutely lovely experience for Alfie’s first trial night! 🐾 Hayley was fantastic and kept me updated throughout, which gave me complete peace of mind. Never met Pete but Hayley was great. She communicated everything we needed to do and the checks she did with us made us feel like she really cared about our dog. The dog came back with no issues and spent the day sleeping so he was more than happy.
Haley and her family clearly love dogs and looked after ours as if it was their own. Would definitely recommend.

I am a stay at home Mum, and we have an online perennial kale business. We are available to care for pets throughout the day. I enjoy a morning and evening walk every day for exercise. I just love nature and getting outside. We are fully licensed with Amber Valley borough council. We have a licence for up to 5 dogs. We always do a trial night to check the temperament of a dog, and to make sure they are happy and comfortable with us in our environment. Licence number 24/01229/ANIWEL. I hold an OFQUAL Level 3 Award in Pet First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Cerebral Resuscitation

We look after pets as though they are a member of the family. They get to snuggle up at night with us while we are relaxing. We treat each dog as an individual and cater to their needs accordingly. Whatever they need, we will provide, to ensure they have a happy and comfortable stay with us.
A typical day
We will take any dogs we look after on adventures with us, they will have a wonderful time. We love Alfreton Park, the nature reserve at Oakerthorpe, walking around Wingfield Manor, Chatsworth, and other places in the Peak Distirct. They will adore the fresh air and nature. If your dog doesn't need much exercise, maybe they are old or they have an injury, please let me know. We can either take them for very gentle short walks, or they can just relax on our couch all cosy and warm! We can cuddle them and give them plenty of attention.

- We do look after several dogs at the same time. If your dog doesn't get along with other dogs then maybe we're not a good fit for you. We always do a trial night before a booking to make sure dogs are happy and comfortable with us in our environment, to make sure they settle down, and to check their temperament Let me know in advance if there is anything in particular I need to do with the dog when it comes to stay. I am happy to do most things. I especially need to know about their night-time routine, do they sleep in a crate, what doggie treats do they have, how are they when out walking, do they need to be kept on the lead, are they obedient at being called back etc. If you could please provide food for your dog/s and their bed, also any medication they may need. Could you kindly let me know if they have any dietary requirements that may prevent me from giving them treats or specific food etc. Also any potential behavioural issues, i'll adhere to any routine they are used to. I will provide you with a comprehensive form I would like you to complete before the booking. This helps me to get to know your dog's needs before they come to stay.
