I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and house sitting throughout the week, and I can often accommodate weekends and longer stays as well! Summer is definitely a bit hectic up here at the lake. I am working at the Hyatt for the summer so my schedule is changeable. I will be in town for the big holidays so if you’re looking for overnight stays please reach out and we can see if my schedule works for you! :)

I have had 10+ years of babysitting/nannying experience as well, so I am quite comfortable with the expectations of maintaining a home. I’m also happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can feel at ease while you’re away. I’m attentive on walks, cautious in new environments, and always prioritize your pet’s well-being—whether that means sticking to familiar routines, avoiding unsafe situations, or giving them extra care and attention when needed. As someone who sees the benefits of my sister and parents receiving picture updates on their fur babies, I know just how important it is for both you and your pets to feel safe and at ease, and I will do my best to ensure you these expectations are met.

I'm very open to different breeds and ages and abilities! Please just let me know ahead of time if there is anything I need to do so I can be prepared. I'm excellent at following instructions so I can happily assist in any type of care.

I love activities! Especially when Ski Beach is open and the weather isn't too warm it's great to head outside and enjoy the beauty that is Tahoe. But I'm also always happy to stay inside/around the house and play with toys. If your pet is more of a just be loved on kind of dog I can definitely do that too! :)

I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities since I was young, helping neighbors, friends, and family with walking, feeding, bathing, and overnight care. I’m comfortable with high-energy dogs that need lots of exercise (I love hiking and am training for a half marathon!) as well as older pets who need a slower, more attentive approach (a good sit in the sun at ski beach or a grassy park). As someone who has grown up with dogs and horses, I know how to recognize different emotions and tell-tale signs in animals. Dogs especially have been in my household since my mom was pregnant, which means I've had many amazing furry family members over the years. From puppyhood to senior life I've lived with it all and I've seen various different needs. I feel confident I can meet the needs of your furry loved ones and provide them all the care, love, and attention they deserve in your absence. My goal is always to make their routine as normal and stress-free as possible :)

This was her first time taking Gizmo out by herself. It went flawless. She’s super easy to communicate with and talk to. Highly recommend her.
