Animal care is my passion and I am currently working toward a degree in Biology. I hope to go into Animal Rehabilitation in the future to help elderly, wounded, and disabled animals live their best possible lives. I’ve been sitting since I was a teenager and have gained quite a few loyal customers (in and outside of Rover) for reference. I prefer to do overnight pet sitting because it gives me time to bond with the little ones on their own time and in their own stomping grounds. Nevertheless, drop-ins are absolutely an option, as is dog walking. My schedule changes frequently but I’m very good at keeping my Rover Calendar updated. I can assure you that you will be able to leave your best friends with me and enjoy a worry-free vacation, as they will be well taken care of. I am very attentive and I love every minute of this job. I have experience with animals of all ages and many medical conditions. I’ve also looked after fish, bunnies, chickens, ferrets, snakes, lizards, and I even know how to care for exotic birds. I hope you’ll choose me to look after your family member(s) and I look forward to meeting my new friends. I also work as a secretary assistant at my parents’ towing company in Fairfield when they need a hand. However, my work as a pet sitter takes priority. I really appreciate it when animal parents write out an itinerary for me: Feeding times, potty schedule, medication info, emergency numbers, preferred vet numbers, neighbor/family names and numbers, passwords, security codes, and anything else I could possibly need to know. This is definitely not a requirement but I find that it makes everyone (including myself and maybe the animal) feel a little more at ease. My goal is to make sure that you and your pet are as comfortable and safe as possible.

I do my absolute best to keep to the animals’ normal schedule so they feel almost as though their parents never left. I want the animals that I care for to be as content and comfy as possible. I also like to note that, along with the Rover Guarantee, I come with my own Liability Insurance through PCI. I do anything and everything to ensure that my customers, their animals, and myself are well-protected in every situation.

Hayley is very professional in her approach. She listens well and follows instructions regarding feeding and care of our dog. Our dog has separation anxiety and she stayed with him the entire 2 days we were gone. We will book her again in the future.
While we were a bit apprehensive about leaving Maia for a week (she has rarely been away from us), we left with the fullest confidence that Maia and Itty Bitty would be in great hands. Maia loves Haley, which also made us feel good. Haley sent us photos every day, and shared things that Maia would do. Haley was very flexible on our return time, since our flights home kept getting delayed. When we arrived home, we were welcomed to a sparkling home, and a happy pup! I would have absolutely no worries about leaving Maia if we were to need Haley in the future.
We have no worries when Hayley comes to stay with our two dogs. They are happy, love her to pieces and are well taken care of. I swear that my house is cleaner after she leaves than I left it. We get periodic updates from Hayley while we are on vacation with adorable pictures showing hour our fur babies are spending their time. The is the fourth time Hayley has stayed in our home with our dogs, but it won't be the last!
Amazing as always! She’s the best in the business
Hayley was a superb sitter for our dogs--and turtles and fish!! She always responded immediately, she sent notes/photos/videos regularly, and we were most impressed with her professionalism. Not only did the pups look happy and healthy when we returned home, but so did the yard and the house--absolutely in pristine condition. :) If we need her services again, we will absolutely book her immediately!
Very happy with Hayley. Our pups are well taken care of and happy.

Schedule
Pet sitting is my daily/weekly routine. As this is my main job, every client I take on gets 100% of my attention. I do take time here and there to run quick errands (like grocery shopping or picking up my mail) while sitting but it’s never longer than 2 hours. However, if a client asks me to be with their animal 24/7, I will do that. If an emergency arises, I will inform the owner as soon as possible, as well as Rover, so that the little one will still be in good hands. **Unfortunately, for new clients, I cannot accept house sitting bookings that are less than 2 nights.**
