Hayley did a great a great job with my 2 dogs. The picture updates were great and I could physically tell my one dog was far less stressed when we returned home from being away. She also was a great communicator and responsive to all messages.

Hayley has been an absolute blessing for both me and Tiki. From the very first time she watched him while I was on vacation, she followed every single instruction I left regarding his daily routine, meals, and medications with complete precision. I am extremely particular about Tiki’s care, and she respected that fully. Thanks to her background as a Doctor of Pharmacy, I have total peace of mind knowing that if medication ever needs to be administered, it is done correctly and confidently. Beyond being detail oriented and responsible, Hayley is incredibly caring and compassionate. She treats Tiki like he is her own. She lets him cuddle up with her, sleep beside her, and hang out watching TV together. She truly embraces all of his goofy tendencies and makes him feel safe and loved. I would receive constant photo and video updates sometimes hourly, sometimes what felt like by the minute, just sharing how much she was enjoying her time with him. It never felt transactional. It felt like he was with family. There have even been times she has arrived at my home before I got back from work to help with his evening and dinner routine. At this point, she has a spare key to my home and knows exactly what to do without me needing to direct her. When I walk through the door, she gives me a full update including his mood, meals, and even his bowel movements. That level of communication and care is rare. I trust Hayley completely. In the event of any emergency, I know without hesitation she would act immediately and get Tiki wherever he needed to be for medical care. I never question whether he is safe in her hands. Hayley is not just our dog sitter. She is family. I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely loving with their pets. My baby is always in the very best hands with her.
