Clyde's Buddies
Hi there! My name is Hayley and I live with my family in Erskine, Renfrewshire. All my life I have lived with dogs; from tiny chihuahuas and dachshunds to our gorgeous staffy lab cross Clyde. They are part of the family, and I would look after your dog like they are my own! We have a fully enclosed garden, and are surrounded by excellent walks for your dog to be exercised each day- come rain, shine or snow! Sadly our dog Clyde passed away at the end of 2020, so we have no pets at home anymore. However, we do have a young son and a baby daughter, so all dogs need to be child-friendly. We will be happy to keep you updated with pictures and messages throughout your dog's stay, to give you peace of mind that they are being loved and cared for. I am usually only available during evenings, weekends and school holidays, as I am a teacher. However, I am currently on maternity leave until August so have loads of availability. I understand that it is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances, but if you do make a booking with us and have to cancel, could you please give as much notice as possible as I have had to turn down lovely dogs for bookings that don’t end up happening. Particularly for longer stays. There is a charge for last minute cancellations.

Piper had another fab stay with Hayley and her family. She ran up the path when we dropped her off!
Hayley was brilliant with Winston and kept me up to date with how he was getting on. Winston loved his time there and I would definitely have Hayley look after Winston again in the future :)
Piper had a great time with Hayley and her family. Hayley sent us a ‘pupdate ‘to let us know how Pioer had settled. We will definitely use Hayley again and 💯 recommend her to others ( we have already booked Piper for another stay!)
Hayley was amazing, kept us up to date on how Apollo was doing sending pics. Hayley was very fast to respond if I asked how he was doing. Would 100% recommend and would use again for anytime we're away
Lovely family, great communication sent photos whilst we were away on holiday. Our wee dog was so loved and cared for we really appreciate them.
We left our dog Bonnie with Hailey to look after for a week. Hailey kept us updated with regular messages and photos and we were rest assured that Bonnie was settled and happy for the week of her stay. Bonnie was even taken out on a special walk to the Country Park and got to enjoy a swim during her stay.

Schedule
As a family, we love going for walks and enjoy time outside, so your dog will fit into our day perfectly. All dogs that I take must be able to stay in the house alone for a few hours at least, should I need to pop out to the shops or take my children to an activity.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fully enclosed garden at the back of our house but it is very small so I tend to stick to taking the dogs out for a walk. We have great walks around our area and a wooded path behind our house.
A typical day
I take all dogs in my care out for walks on the lead but I do not offer off the lead exercise. I am happy to go along with suggested schedules for walks during the day.

- I have a lot of experience of caring for older dogs and am happy to cater for any needs your dog may have. As I have two very young children at home, I will only accept requests for dogs that I think would be a good fit around my family.
