Hayley has checked in on my cats for me a handful of times when I have been on vacation. She is great. I have one very skittish cat that doesn't like many people. Hayley was able to coax him out from his hiding spots. That shows kindness and patience. She also always sends check-in texts and photos which I really appreciate. Thank you, Hayley!
