You get what you pay for. I hate to write negative reviews, but if you are booking for someone to come to your house 3-4x/day to let your dog out while on vacation and they accept you would expect them to have a dependable car. My dog was home 14 hours before she ended up picking him up because she had car trouble, not her fault and luckily no accidents in the house when we got back after a week. She ended up having to take him to her home because she had no way of getting to ours. Not what we agreed upon but had no choice at this point as we were already out of the country. Fast forward a week and she still didn't have her car fixed to drop him off when we got back. She then asked if we would wait until the next day to pick him up when we really wanted to see him. He's been back 4 days and won't stop scratching/itching. I am going to have to take pay and take him for a flea bath now when he was just bathed before we left. I also keep finding all these short black hairs in his air tight food container. What the heck? Did you have a black cat roll around in my dog's food because he is tan and white! Gross! I have to throw it all out now and it's at least $30 worth of food. Another cost I have to endure in addition to the flea bath. He was supposed to left alone at home where he was comfortable and instead a stranger picked him up, contaminated all his food and gave him fleas.
