I have hired Haylee in the past she was good but I left my cat for 10 days she was suppose to come check on him. She verified first day but then she never came to my house. There was no communication after I reached out several times to find out if she came. Support also could not her ahold of her. Very disappointed. She is risking pets lives.

Zero stars. I paid you to stay at my house overnights and you didn’t! You didn’t clean the litter box, there was cat crap all over my house! I spent 2 hours when I got home cleaning my carpets and all my house! I will NEVER use you again! I want my money back for the overnights you DIDN’T do!!

Haylee was very thorough when watching my babies for a few days at my place. I got back to two loved boys that I’m sure got lots of attention and love!!!!
Haylee was great with Duke and Zoe. She was communicative and sent pictures and videos. Given that Zoe is older and has a few special needs, she managed our anxiety about leaving her very well. Her experience with large dogs and meds was super helpful and put us at ease.

Schedule
Due to an unexpected obstacle in my life I decided to take a sense of leave as a vet tech possibly temporary.. Rover gives me the opportunity to continue what I love to do & while managing my own schedule around my daughter’s needs.
