I’d like to know about your pets personality, their habits and quirks, so I may present the best I can to them. If they are shy or bold, reserved or friendly, talkative or not. It is my goal to gain their trust quickly, and modifying my approach to their needs helps immensely.
A typical day
I believe mental and physical stimulation are of utmost importance for our furry friends. Whether cat or dog, interaction with people is a necessary part of everyday. I am big into fitness, so walking or running with dogs is easy for me, as well as playing with toys. For cats I also enjoy playing with them with toys and treats. I like to reinforce any training the animal has to provide positive feedback for proper behaviors.

Pet care experience
I’ve been pet sitting on Rover for over two years now, and much longer than that previous to joining the app. I am familiar and comfortable with all types of animals, pet personalities, and health conditions that may need medication. I work part time downtown intermittently, so dogs that have short windows may not be the best fit. If I’m working, I’m gone 8am-2pm.
