I'm a stay-at-home mom of two wonderful toddlers who absolutely love animals. I'm also a military spouse living on Fort Riley. I have two beautiful rescues, a dog and a cat, and I enjoy hiking with my dog, teaching her new tricks, and showering her with affection. I've been pet-sitting for friends and family for years, and I thought I'd put my passion to good use! I'm at home full-time, so I have plenty of availability to accommodate your pet's needs. I have over a year's experience working in a dog daycare and boarding facility, where I received my dog CPR and first aid certification. I'm experienced with animals of all ages, and I can administer medication, understand pet body language, and handle special needs pets. I'm a responsible and trustworthy individual who understands how much your fur babies mean to you. I'd love to watch after your beloved pets and ensure they're happy and well cared for while you're away.

Haylea took fantastic care of Delta! He stayed one night and came home so tired but happy ☺️ Haylea sent us lots of pictures and videos while we were away, which I truly appreciated. This was our first time using her services, but she is confident and you can just tell she’s a dog person! We felt very comfortable leaving our boy in her care. We are so happy that we found her and plan to use her again the next time we are out of town! 🤩🐾

Schedule
I am home full time with my pets and children. That means that your pup will have hands on care 24 hours a day when they stay with me.

Safety, trust & environment
When a pet comes to my home, they are treated like a part of my family. Most pups enjoy lounging on my furniture and cuddling up in bed with me at night. There is minimal kennel time when a pup is in my care. I enjoy playing with them, taking them outside, giving them affection, and making sure the pet is comfortable and loved while their owner is away. I offer food and water at all times throughout their stay and insure cleanliness and a safe environment for all. I can also administer medication when needed.

A typical day
When I watch dogs, I love taking them outside to release energy. Whether that means tossing a ball in a fenced in yard or taking them for a walk around the neighborhood. They also get lots of play time with my dog, Opal, and I have two little girls who love playing tug of war with the dogs in our care.
