Hayeon took great care of my dog Jamie! She sent daily updates and pictures and I felt good knowing Jamie was in good hands. Jamie seemed very much comfortable and at home with her!
So happy to have found Hayeon! She took such great care of my 3.5 year old mini golden doodle while I was away. It was so helpful to have had a meet and greet prior so Winnie could see her place and become familiar beforehand. She was super responsive leading up to and during my trip and shared such great photos, videos and updates! I could tell Winnie was having a good time. I’ll definitely be reaching out again for future dog sitting needs.
Hayeon is the absolute best! I can’t recommend her enough!! 5 stars all around. I’ve had horror stories with dog sitters before so I was a bit skeptical but she did so well at constantly communicating with me through videos and pictures while I was away, and I could tell from the photos that my dog genuinely felt safe and comfortable with her. I couldn’t recommend her more. A safe clean environment and a loving sitter like Hayeon was beyond my expectations. I was even late picking up Louie but she was still extremely understanding and kind upon my delayed arrival. I hope to continue using her in the future!
This was our dog Moncle’s very first boarding experience, so we were a bit nervous. Hayeon was incredibly accommodating and made the whole process seamless. The communication was excellent, which really put our minds at ease. We’ll definitely be back!
Chili had an excellent time with Hayeon. She worked with him to apply eye ointment twice daily and in the daily updates+pictures+videos he looked very contented (which is great since he takes medication for anxiety). We could not be happier and will be booking with her again!
Hayeon took great care of our Alexander! She took the time to meet us beforehand to make sure Alex was comfortable with her. Hayeon provided updates throughout Alexander’s stay and kept us informed on how he was doing. She even kept him an extra night when our plans changed. We are grateful for the excellent care and great service she provided. Alexander enjoyed his stay and will definitely be back!!

Schedule
I currently work from home with complete control over my hours, so I can be 100% available for your pet's needs. I’m happy to follow any specific schedule you have in place for feeding and exercise, as my work allows for frequent breaks and constant interaction

A typical day
I believe in a mix of physical and mental stimulation. For dogs, I offer interactive play like tug-of-war and 'hide and seek' with treats to keep their brains working. For cats, I use feather wands and laser pointers to mimic hunting. I also make sure to include plenty of 'cuddle time' and brushing for pets who prefer a more relaxed environment.
