I am a first year pharmacy student and in my free time I cat sit; my schedule is very flexible and I usually have classes from 2pm - 5pm but other than that I am always home. I have taken care of many cats and I think it is best to try to follow the cats everyday routine.

Cat sitting at my house My house is very cat friendly but I do have many gadgets to make cat sitting even easier. I have a litter robot that cleans the litter automatically ensuring fresh litter every time. I have two water fountains and two big bowls of water around the house accessible to all cats. All of my cats are strictly indoor cats but they do try to escape every once in a while therefore I put a collar on each of the cats with a tracker so I know exactly where they all are at all times. During your cats stay they will also be strictly indoors and if they do like to run away or tend to hide with your permission I will also be putting a tracker on them. What to bring? Please only bring the food and the actual litter clay (preferably clumping cat litter) with you. I have lots of bowls, toys and a litter robot so no need to bring them. If your cat uses an automatic feed you are more than welcome to bring that with you. All the cats who stay with me are allowed to sleep anywhere but if yours like to sleep on their bed you are welcome to bring that as well. My cats love hiding their toys so please do not bring any with you because I might lose them.

Information Hashina M. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your pets have any illnesses that could potentially harm other animals, as I will not be accepting those requests to ensure the safety of the pets in my care. Additionally, if your cats tend to hide or try to escape, please inform me so I can make the necessary accommodations to keep them safe and comfortable.
A typical day
Cats I typically let the cats relax and explore on their own. My home is filled with toys and a cat tree, so they always have something to keep them entertained. They tend to stay engaged and comfortable in their space. Dogs While I don’t board dogs due to having cats, I do offer house-sitting and dog-walking services. During walks, I make sure they get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation by exploring new routes, playing fetch, and engaging them with interactive games. When house-sitting, I ensure they stick to their routine, get lots of attention, and enjoy fun activities like playing with their favorite toys or enjoying outdoor time, depending on their preferences.

Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Maliha and I’m from Newton, MA. I absolutely adore cats and even have two of my own (shadow and coconut). Aside from rover I also work for a company called Meowtel where I take care of all sorts of different cats. I have cared for different types, sizes and ages of cats and kittens. I volunteered and fostered kittens from the Lowell humane society throughout my highschool years, so I have experience with both younger and senior cats.

Reviews

I’d like to thank Hashina for her hard work treating my cat with diabetes. She took time and care to get him comfortable with her and to safely give him his insulin shots.
Easy to talk to and took care of her without any trouble

my cat goose stayed there for two days and came back with a scratch on his nose. i got one pic a day (had to ask) and also got zero updates. there were 2 or 3 other cats she was boarding at the same time while he was there so it’s obvious she is after the money and not the actual care of your cat. she doesn’t play with them, she “lets the cats play with each other” but doesn’t play with the cats who don’t play well with other cats like what? my cat CLUNG to me the entire car ride home, i don’t now what happened under her care but whatever it was was the farthest thing from ‘care’.

Thank you for being patient!!
