Pet care experience

Your Dog’s Calm, Safe Space 🐾

I work in mental health, so I’m naturally calm, patient, and especially good with anxious or nervous dogs. I’m Harry—an experienced carer and nurse who genuinely understands how important it is to feel your dog is safe, calm, and cared for while you’re away. I don’t just “watch” dogs—I tune into them. Whether your dog is: full of energy and needs structure a puppy still learning the ropes or a senior who needs patience and gentle care. I adapt to them, not the other way around. Being naturally calm and attentive, I’m especially good with: anxious or shy dogs dogs who need routine and reassurance first-time bookings where owners feel nervous You’ll always get: ✔️ regular updates & photos ✔️ consistency with your dog’s routine ✔️ someone who notices the small things (changes in mood, appetite, behaviour) I’m also active and love being outdoors, so walks are never rushed—they’re proper, engaging, and suited to your dog’s energy. At the end of the day, my goal is simple: 👉 you feel completely at ease 👉 your dog feels like they’re with someone they trust Happy to arrange a relaxed meet & greet—no pressure at all.

House Sitting • Jul 07, 2026

Harry cared very well for Marco and clearly had a great affinity for him and dogs in general. He also tidied up everything after himself in the flat and left it spotless.

Harry was great. He turned up on time, played with the dog a lot and he kept us up to date with how he was getting on with Juno. Will definitely recommend.

Oscar was a shy and timid dog and we struggled to break him out of his shell. 6 months of Harry's dog walking service and Oscar LOVES his Harry walks!! Oscar is so happy when he comes back from his hour walk and is slowly creeping out of his nerves. Thank you so much Harry

Safety, trust & environment

Safe care involves understanding the pets needs, maintaining a safe environment, and providing attentive care Communicating with owners to learn feeding schedules, exercise routines, and any special care needs is important. I have upmost respect for the Owner’s Rules. House rules are stuck to; such as whether pets are allowed on furniture etc The same commands and cues as owner will be used maintain consistency and safety Your pets health and behavior will be monitored and can be done in the form of daily care notes, if required. Signs of stress or illness are reported to the owner if anything seems unusual.
