The more walks the better!
I have looked after and helped take care of animals for many years and I absolutely love it. I really enjoy the process of building a connection with an animal and getting to know them. During my travels over the last couple of years I have looked after a whole variety of dogs and cats. I am always very active and so love taking dogs for walks, runs or hikes. While I also love to relax, play and cuddle with them too. I would say I particularly connect with bigger more active dogs but the smaller ones also have a place in my heart. I brought up a Labrador puppy and have gained more experience with training all sorts of dogs, finding it easy to have the patience required to train them. I have built my best connections with cats over the last five years, also looking after stray cats along my travels whenever possible. I find connecting with them and really understanding a particular cats personality comes naturally to me. I’m always more at peace with them around.

Harry looked after our two dogs and house sat while we were away for eight nights. From first meeting Harry we were confident that he was the ideal choice. Our dogs bonded with him immediately and he was very keen to learn as much information about them as possible. While we were away Harry updated us about how things were going with photos and Whats App messages about the walks and activities he had been doing with the dogs. On our return the house was immaculate and Harry had even left us some cut flowers in a vase. The dogs were very well cared for and had had a lovely time while we were away. We can't rate Harry highly enough and will definitely book him again the next time we are away.
Harry was absolutely incredible with our 7 month old Labrador who came for a weeks holiday while we were away. Harry kept us updated, ensured Rusti was cared for at all times and worked on some continued training with her which we are so grateful for. We were incredibly confident in Harry’s abilities which allowed us to really relax, switch off and enjoy our holiday knowing Rusti was in such good hands and having so much fun too! We can’t say thank you enough and Rusti cannot wait to come and stay with you again!

Harry was incredible for our pup. Front the start, Harry was incredible communicative and detail oriented in his approach to finding out about our pup. With a weeks long stay looming and our first time leaving him with a stranger for this long, Harry eased our worries by offering two meets up prior. Hamish enjoyed walks often and Harry made sure to give us lots of updates and photos whilst we were away. It was clear Hamish was more than content with Harry. From the photos, you could tell he was incredibly relaxed and loved all the cuddles and attention he got. Would not hesitate booking Harry again. Just wished he stayed around the UK longer so we could use him as our go to sitter! 🤪

What can we say about Harry, he is a born natural with animals and we would highly reccomend his services to others. He is a lovely chap, really flexible, accommodating and someone you can trust. Milo and Bailey loved Harry looking after them whilst we were away, your pets will be in very safe hands!!

Schedule
I am just coming back from travelling the last two years and have decided to just pet sit for the rest of this year. This way I can keep my schedule flexible and spend as much time with animals as possible when I am looking after them. I’m always one to get up and out early especially if the dogs need more than one walk.In my spare time I’m playing music and learning new instruments which keeps me flexible to walk and give attention to pets throughout the day. I love to exercise outdoors, take walks and go for runs, dogs can join for all of these. It’s always a pleasure to have the company and go for extra walks!

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced garden so dogs can spend as much time outside as they like, roaming between here and indoors. There is a good size park across the road for small walks and running around off the lead. Cats can also venture around here safely. From home I can walk to Epsom/Ashtead common for longer walks and more time off the lead. Within a 10 minute drive I can be on Epsom Downs or Horton Country Park, while slightly further there is Headley Heath. This makes it easy to give them a whole variety of walks. If I am to be staying at your place I will be just as keen for many walks. With this being my primary work I will find it easy to give your pets the attention and love they desire. I don’t currently have any pets so at mine your pets would have the place to themselves with me.
A typical day
There is a large park across the road from my house and within 5 minutes walking a forest where they can be off the lead if you are comfortable with that. I go to these places daily and would love the company on walks and workouts. I find so much joy in training dogs and so will also do this during walks and at home. I’d love to hear if they are currently working on anything or if there is anything in particular I can help with. If they like to be sociable, there are also lots of other dogs walking in these areas and they can meet my friends and family's dogs too! Having a car means we can also go for a variety of walks further into Surrey, Box Hill, Leith Hill, Headley Heath, are my favourites. In the evenings there will be plenty of time for cuddling and relaxing together.
