I’ve had dogs be a part of my life since I can remember. Growing up, I had the pleasure of taking care of and learning from many different dogs, including pit bulls, labs, and other mixed breeds. Most of these dogs I grew up with were also rescue dogs or strays we decided to take into our home. With this experience, I am comfortable with mid to large sized dogs and dogs who may have slight behavioral issues due to their history. I have worked with dogs with high energy, slight anxiety, and slight reactivity issues. I am excited to learn more about your pup(s) and any other pets you would like me to take care of in your absence to see if we are a good fit! With all of that being said: while I have worked with dogs with behavior issues, there is still liability and an inherent risk I take on as a pet sitter regardless of how well behaved or not well behaved your pets are around new people. I will not jeopardize my personal safety to take care of your pets and strongly recommend if they have strong behavioral issues that you seek out specialized care for your pup(s) or other pets that need a caretaker. Safety, trust & environment
Your home is my home! I will always do a perimeter/sanity check and make sure everything is in its place and keep everything tidy at home so you can relax when you get home. I will also check mail and sort for you, take the trash/recycling out, and make it look like people are still home! I can also take your dog on a walk around the neighborhood, but it is important to note I will NOT take dogs outside for walks without paw protection unless the temperature permits under any circumstances (if it is too hot for you to walk barefoot outside, then it is certainly too hot for your pet to walk outside barefoot). Ask any questions and I’ll have an answer for you!

Harrison watched our dog over the 4th of July weekend and did a wonderful job! He provided us with updates and pictures. We will definitely be using him again as we had a great experience with him!
I can’t say enough great things about Harrison! My travel plans shifted unexpectedly at the last minute, and he didn’t miss a beat—staying later, even into the middle of the night, to make sure my dogs were safe and well cared for. He truly went above and beyond, even washing bed linens and leaving everything spotless. Harrison was thorough, responsible, timely, and super communicative. He sent regular updates and plenty of pictures, which brought me so much peace of mind during a very hectic trip. I felt completely at ease knowing my pups were in such good hands. Highly recommend, and I hope we get to book with him again!
Harrison is great with our pups and their medications, very conscientious, and even helped out with some stuff around the house we couldn't reschedule. We will miss him when we move!
Harrison was extremely thorough in learning all about Noa and her routine before I left! He kept me updated throughout my trip with pictures and all the activities they did.
Harrison is the best house and dog sitter, he is communicative and ensures to leave the house tidy and cleaned up. He walks our somewhat difficult large dogs, is patient with them and continues to implement our training rules while we are away. We are always happy when Harrison is free when we need sitting services, as he is truly top notch!

Schedule
I currently work an 8-5 job where I can work from home Mondays or Fridays with some flexibility to be partially home for a few hours on the rest of the days, only 1 day/week is fully WFH. I will be able to check in on your pet early in the morning or any time after I get off work! For house sitting requests, I generally take those beginning Friday after I get off work and ending Sunday night, but I would 100% be open to house sitting during the full week if it is the right fit for me, you, and your pet(s) as I am able to fully work from your home on Mondays or Fridays. Your pet will need to be able to be alone for a minimum of 6 hours during the rest of the days of the week (except Sat/Sun).
