I have always grown up with a dog as a child. When I moved out of my family house at 18 for University I began dogsitting as a means of supporting my studies and getting dog cuddles and have been doing it ever since (now 34). As well as owning dogs, my career is also animal-based. I started working at a local farm at the age of 13 and have since worked in kennels, catteries, stables, vets, and many zoos. In these roles, I have had lots of experience with a variety of animals and animal needs. I have a degree in zoology and masters and PhD in animal behaviour. My research is in monkeys, but lots of my knowledge can be applied to your loveable pets, understanding behavioural needs and helping with training. I currently work from home. I have a large secure garden for your dog to run around as well as close proximity to lots of lovely walks. I see our pets as part of the family and I am happy to have them on the furniture for cuddles.

Harriet was absolutely great, she replied promptly to every message, found the time for a quick meetup before our leave to go over bits and pieces and kept us up to date with photos every day throughout our time away. Very happy with the whole experience, we will definitely ask for Harriet's time again.
Harriet is excellent. Replied super quick when we were after a drop in at short notice and had time to squeeze in a meet and greet beforehand. Our two dogs were very happy in her company and we would definitely recommend.
Harriet looked after Lola and Bella for our wedding day and the girls loved her she sent us little photo updates throughout the day too. I would definitely recommend Harriet for pet sitting service she even done a meet and greet so the girls could meet her before.
Harriet was a very organised and caring sitter. She bonded with our 2 dogs very quickly and sussed their very different needs and characters!
Harriet was great with Ted and looked after him whilst we were getting married. We loved getting all the updates and photos!!
Harriet was fantastic with my cat, Lola. It was so reassuring to receive tons of photo updates while I was away, which completely put my mind at ease. Lola clearly loved her and got plenty of snuggles—she seemed so happy and relaxed the entire time. On top of taking such great care of Lola, Harriet kept the house well looked after. She is a genuinely nice, trustworthy person, and I couldn't have asked for a better sitter. I will definitely book with her again (if she'll have us).

We usually go for a short walk in the morning and evening and then an adventure walk midday. Throughout the day we have toys to play with or activities to mentally stimulate your dog.
