I've been around dogs my whole life — growing up with two or more dogs at home and caring for them for over 15 years, from playful puppies to gentle seniors, big breeds to small. I regularly look after friends' and family's dogs and understand how to read their individual needs, from exercise and routine to comfort and reassurance. My home is open-plan with a secure, fenced garden — ideal for active dogs who love to run around and still have space to settle in and relax.

Harriet was so lovely with Maisie and really friendly and flexible. We felt so happy leaving Maisie with her and would definitely use her again! 🐾🫶
Harriet is a great dog sitter. She made the drop off and pick up so easy and welcomed Pablo into her home. He quickly made himself at home. She sent photos and kept us updated with how Pablo was getting on throughout the day. He loved his time there so much so, that we have already booked another doggy day care stay with her.
Willow had a wonderful time with Harriet! We were kept up to date throughout the day with pictures, putting us at ease that all was well. Would definitely rebook with her!
Bertie had the most amazing day with Harriet, will definitely use her services again 😀
Harriet was great in communication, sent updates of Cooper, and looked after him very well in the heat!
From beginning to the end Harriet was great pacquaio can be a bit iffy at first but was all dealt with at ease. I had no worries as alot of people with first time dropping do..will definitely be rebooking

Schedule
I work from home, which means pets get consistent attention throughout the day rather than being left alone for long stretches. I build regular breaks into my day for garden time, play, and check-ins, and being active myself, I'm happy to fit in longer walks alongside the usual routine. It means pets get a good balance of company, exercise, and downtime — without the day feeling rushed or squeezed into just a couple of walks.

In my own home, pets have full access to a secure, fenced garden along with a comfortable, pet-friendly setup indoors — cosy spots to relax, space to play, and a calm environment overall. I send regular photo and video updates throughout the day so owners can relax knowing exactly how their pet is doing. I offer flexible care to suit different needs, including bathing, overnight stays, and longer-term stays for extended trips. Whether it's a quick visit or an extended stay, I focus on keeping routines consistent and pets happy, comfortable, and well looked after.
A typical day
For dogs, I love making the most of an active lifestyle — regular garden time, longer walks, and plenty of playtime throughout the day to keep them stimulated and happy. For cats, I focus on gentle, low-pressure play like feather toys, chasing games, and cosy cuddle time on their terms, alongside quiet moments by the window for sunbathing and watching the world go by. Whatever the pet, I tailor activities to their energy level and personality, so they get plenty of engagement without ever feeling overwhelmed. Throughout the day, I'm happy to send regular photo and video updates so owners can enjoy seeing their pet having fun and relax knowing they're in good hands.

- I'd love to know about any dietary requirements, allergies or medications, as well as how your dog is around other dogs, children and strangers. It's really helpful to understand their recall and lead behaviour, any fears or triggers, and their usual daily routine so I can keep things as consistent as possible. The more you can share, the better - I want your dog to feel completely at ease from the very first meeting.
