I work full time in central london. I can be free in the mornings until 8.30am and in the evenings from 7.30pm. Most weekends I am available and am open to taking your dog out and about with me if that also suits the owner - whether that be on public transport or in my car.

I live in a flat with my partner who grew up with dogs and we have a closed garden area which can be accessed at all times. I will respect owners boundaries in their own homes and leave the space as tidy as I found it. My boyfriend will be on hand to support me where necessary given his vast experience of dogs.

Please be sure to make me aware if your dog has any dietary requirements/intolerances. Also, it would be good to know if there are particular objects they usually like to chew/play with so I can keep those tucked away! I find it beneficial to know how your dog behaves/interacts with other dogs they meet during walks. Another handy thing would be to know their favourite toy!
A typical day
With the riverside and multiple parks in walking distance, I can keep your dog well-exercised and entertained. Alongside this, I love a bit of chill time on the sofa with doggy cuddles and belly scratches - there’s nothing better!!

Pet care experience
Although I didn’t grow up with dogs, like many others I have dreamed of having my own but current lifestyle doesn’t permit having a dog full time. During lockdown I lived with my sister who bought a King Charles Cavalier puppy called Tex and our bond is still so strong!! Through Rover I hope I can support dog owners and also spend some quality time with your pooches. My boyfriend James will also be available to support me and play with your dogs.

Harriet was great Available for an overnight on extremely short notice, she sent lots of photos and ensured i was at ease without my bestie for the day! she was helpful with finding easy to find meeting spots and super communicative, i could tell my dog had a great time!
Harriet took great care of Pingu, communication was clear throughout and it was a very smooth drop off and pick up. We could tell Pingu had a great time and would definitely take him back 😊
I think Harriet loves my dog Tex even more than me and my husband do! She was staying with us when we got him as a puppy, so she spent a lot of time with him. And now, whenever she comes to visit us she never hesitates to take him out for walks and loves to cuddle with him on the sofa. She's often telling me about other cute dogs she meets and she's just so excited to be able to look after some. Undoubtedly the most caring person I know, she'd be awesome with your doggies!
