I've always loved animals and had my own gerbils as a small child. As a family we regularly looked after friends' dogs and later got our dog (Cleo, a mini schnauzer). I always helped with looking after her, training, walks etc and love spending time with animals. Now I've moved to Canada, I miss hanging out with pets and would love to help look after your pets!

Hattie has always looked after our dog with no issues. She did so responsibly, efficiently and lovingly. When she was younger she had her own gerbils and was fully responsible for all caring and loving. She has also looked after neighbours' animals (cats, dogs ... even releasing butterflies on one occasion!). This has always been done successfully, building trust with pets and owners, so that they were happy to trust her again.

Schedule
I work remotely most of the week so have a flexible schedule. I'm able to take dogs out for multiple walks a day and make sure they have everything they need!

I don't have a garden but I am right on a valley trail so easy access for walks or quick pee breaks! I live in a ground floor apartment with plenty of space for your pet to hang out. If I am looking after your pet in your home, I follow their regular routines to make sure they feel comfortable.
A typical day
I love going for walks and exploring new trails around Whistler so will take your dog on my adventures with me! Playing games on walks and enrichment activities at home are also so important and I'll spend time making sure your dog gets the mental enrichment they need as well as the physical exercise.
