If there are additional stressors that they experience when being cared for by someone new or in a new environment, and ways that I can give them extra care and attention or cultivate the environment to mitigate their anxiety I'm always happy to receive tips beforehand!
A typical day
Depending on their size and energy I'll walk them to either the small park nearby or a larger one further away at least once per day and give them time playing with any toys that they respond well to, for the rest of the day I work online and care for my home. I stay very sensitive to behavior and moods so I can attend to needs as they arise and make sure the dogs feel comfortable and safe!

Pet care experience
I take myself on multiple long walks every day and nothing brings me more joy than providing fun and safety for another living thing, I've only ever lived with dogs thar belonged to my partners but loved and cared for them like my own and cherished every moment of their company. If you allow me the privilege of getting to know your little friend(s), I will bring every bit of that love to their time with me (and they'll never have to chase me down for a walk!)

Harper was great. Attentive and responsive. Boone had a lovely time hanging.
I Booked her on a whim given an arbitrary out of town trip that had arisen. She was quickly responsive and made herself available given the short notice. The downside is that maybe she was potentially overbooked beyond her means for the holiday weekend? She left several lights on inside my home therefore running up my electric bill, along with erroneously leaving the bathroom air fan on which is clearly a safety/ fire hazard. I'm thankful there wasn't a fire given I wasn't to return home until 48 subsequent of her final check in! She doesn't seem to possess the necessary care or attentiveness required to be inside people's personal spaces --in my opinion. 2 stars due to availability.
Harper took great care of Cali and gave her lots of love and attention. Harper sent updates and photos and was very easy to communicate with. I would recommend Harper and will reach out in the future to watch my dog again.
