One out of five stars. Kept our dogs alive and our living room clean, but that's about it. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this sitter based on our experience. All of our review can be verified by recorded video from motion activated cameras throughout our property, which was disclosed to this sitter beforehand. We booked a week-long house-sitting stay for our two dogs, including a 3-month-old lab puppy who required frequent potty breaks, supervision, interaction, and consistency. Before the stay began, we discussed our expectations in detail, and this sitter agreed to them. Specifically, she agreed to take the dogs outside regularly, keep them together and out of their crates as much as possible while she was home, take them on regular walks, and send daily (if not more frequent) updates and pictures. Unfortunately, those commitments were not followed. And that's not all. As far as we can tell based on the cameras, the dogs were only ever walked together on the first day of her stay. Our young puppy spent extended periods crated while our one year old dog was locked in a hallway without toys or a bed or anything to comfort him, while the sitter was not only home, but sitting only a few feet away at a table ignoring both of them ,despite our explicit request that the dogs remain together whenever possible. We also observed multiple occasions where our puppy was clearly signaling that he needed to go outside but was not taken out promptly, even while the sitter was present. We have a recording of five bathroom prompts in a thirty second span that she ignored, before peeling herself away from the tv to let him out. Before this stay, we had made significant progress with our puppy's potty training. During the month plus we had him, he had only a handful of accidents. During this one-week stay, however, there were approximately 10 accidents inside the house. Number one AND number two. Do you know just how many verbal and physical cues a dog has to give before they poop in a place they know they shouldn't?? He did it twice. In a week. After never having done that since we adopted him. Not once. We understand that accidents happen with a puppy, but that drastic increase and WILD change in behavior was consistent with what we observed regarding delayed potty breaks and extended crating. Our concerns extended beyond the care itself. We discovered damage to a board game in our home that was... delayed in disclosure, despite specifically asking to be informed if anything in our home was damaged during the stay. When we asked about it afterward, we were given a specific timeline and explanation that conflicted with screenshots and timestamps we already had, showing the damage had occurred much earlier than claimed. The explanation also attributed the damage to one of our dogs whose established chewing behavior does not align with what we were told. Those inconsistencies significantly undermined our confidence in the information we received. We understand that caring for a young puppy is demanding and that no sitter is perfect. Our expectations were never perfection, that's insane, we were simply looking for honesty, attentiveness, communication, and following the care instructions that were agreed upon before the booking. These are our dogs, they're our life. No one will care for your dogs the way you will and that's not a fair expectation, but actually paying attention to and taking care of them should be the absolute floor of your expectations. Based on our experience, we did not receive that level of care. We entrusted this sitter with our home and our dogs for a full week. Unfortunately, the combination of unmet care expectations, total lack of communication, preventable accidents, and conflicting explanations afterward left us without confidence in the quality of care that was provided. For those reasons, we cannot recommend this sitter and would not book with her again.

Harmony was a great sitter! Came through with very short notice to house sit for our 3 dogs and 1 cat, and came to meet them beforehand and to learn their likes/dislikes. Was very responsive and sent pictures throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend and call on her again!

Harmony was an absolute lifesaver! She stepped in at the last minute after our original sitter canceled unexpectedly. From the start, she was sweet, attentive, and communicative. She took wonderful care of both our apartment and our pets, and we came home to happy animals and a spotless space. We did have a small misunderstanding—which was totally my fault 🤦🏽‍♀️—but Harmony handled it with grace and professionalism. I truly hope she’s open to sitting for us again in the future. Highly recommend her!
