I have a fenced back yard, a fenced in back porch, a tied up long lead, and pups are never unattended outside. Also a 3 story house with a 1 acre yard so plenty of space for everyone! Crate for your dog is also an option if needed. I prefer to crate at night/when I leave the home if I have more than 1 pup boarding to avoid any issues while they’re unattended.

A typical day
I love to walk dogs in my quiet neighborhood when I have free time. We also have lake access if your dog loves to swim in the summer! We will play fetch in our large yard and cuddle!

Pet care experience
LARGE FENCED BACK YARD! I have always loved animals! I managed a dog daycare in Seattle for 7 years and also worked at multiple boarding facilities and dog daycares prior so I am familiar with the care different pets need and also different behaviors; in total I have 15 years of professional experience working with dogs in the pet care industry. I’ve owned and cared for dogs all of my life and have been working as a Rover sitter since July 2022. I have experience with various breeds, sizes, behaviors, needs etc. I’ve grown up with dogs in my home all my life, young years and adult years but currently do not have any pets at home of my own. I typically always have other boarders here.

Harlie was amazing! She took my dogs in last minute and made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. She kept me updated with photos and had great communication, which really put my mind at ease. She was wonderful with my 2 mini doxies, and I truly appreciate how well she cared for them. We left our dog at a boarding kennel for a trip several months ago and our dog at the time didn't have the best experience so we wanted to try something different this time. Harlie was absolutely amazing! She sent pictures of Remi often and communicated the entire 13 days we were gone. I could tell just in the photos that Remi was having so much fun, a huge yard to run in, and other dogs to play with. Harlie was also super understanding when our dog unexpectedly went into heat a couple of days before picking her up and when our flight was cancelled so we had to adjust pick up time. I know Remi was loved and cared for the entire time we were gone and we absolutely will use Harlie again! I can't recommend her enough
Harlie was communicative and reassuring during my dog’s stay. My dog doesn’t always get along with other dogs, but Harlie said she did well!
I used to think my dog had separation anxiety, but turns out I’m the one with separation anxiety— Harlie has been an incredible resource after moving to the area, and it couldn’t be more clear that my pup has a great time while under her watch! I was incredibly apprehensive as a first-time Rover-user, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the degree of care and effort Harlie uses to ensure safety, comfort, and of course fun for my pup.
