Home-working dog lover 🐾
I’ve always loved having dogs around, and I’m hoping to get back to spending more time with them after losing my own dog Milo a couple of years ago. I still really miss having a dog around, so Rover feels like a lovely way to enjoy their company again while giving another dog lots of love, attention and care. I work from home, so I have plenty of flexibility and can give dogs lots of company throughout the day rather than leaving them alone for long periods. I’m happy to fit around their usual routines, whether that means walks, playtime, cuddles on the sofa or simply keeping them company while they relax. Having had my own dog, I understand that leaving your pet with someone else can feel like a big deal. I’d want you to feel completely comfortable knowing they’re safe, happy and being looked after as if they were my own. I’m patient, responsible and genuinely enjoy being around dogs. I’d love to get to know your dog’s personality and make sure they have a fun, relaxed stay while you’re away. 🐾

I can wholeheartedly recommend Harjit as a responsible, loving and trustworthy pet caregiver. I’ve witnessed first-hand his genuine devotion and love for animals through the care he gave to his 16 year old Shih Tzu, Milo. Milo was incredibly well looked after, healthy, happy and clearly adored. Harjit made sure he had regular walks, plenty of fun, play and attention, and treated him like part of the family. Schedule
I work from home, which means I’m around for most of the day and can give your dog plenty of company and attention. While I do have work meetings during the day, I have regular breaks between them and can fit walks, toilet breaks, playtime and cuddles around my schedule. I’m particularly suited to dogs who are comfortable relaxing at home while I work. I can also make sure they get some proper exercise before or after the working day, with flexibility depending on their usual routine. I’d be happy to work with you beforehand to understand your dog’s needs and make sure their routine fits comfortably alongside my working day.
