Harika was great. Super quick with replies, really helpful, and our cat loved her. I’ve been feeding this cat for years and never once got that level of enthusiasm. Clearly Harika has some kind of cat magic. Would 100% ask her again (even if my ego may never recover).

We couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter. She took amazing care of our cat while we were away in New York and gave us complete peace of mind the entire time. She was always punctual, clearly very caring, and kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which we really appreciated. It was obvious our cat was comfortable, happy, and well looked after. We’d absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and genuinely lovely cat sitter, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book her again.

We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely book again. Seryal did drop-in visits for 5 days and was reliable, communicative, and clearly great with cats. We received regular updates, which made it easy to relax while we were away. She also went above and beyond by keeping the house tidy during her visits, which was incredibly appreciated. Our pet was clearly well cared for, and everything was exactly as agreed. Highly recommend.

The one and only word I would need to describe Seryal’s relationship with cats, and animals in general for that matter, is “natural”. She has a remarkable ability to understand what makes a cat happy and always does her absolute best to achieve nothing less, no matter how difficult the task. Having known Seryal for all these years, I can say with confidence that she enjoys spending time with her cats, as well as others, just as much as they enjoy spending time with her. Seryal loves animals of all shapes and sizes, and she absolutely adores cats. They give her as much happiness as she clearly gives them. I can say with confidence that if I were to be a cat, I would only dream of having an owner who adored me as much as Seryal adores cats.

I can’t recommend Seryal highly enough as a cat sitter. She’s a true animal lover with a gentle, natural way around cats, probably because she’s a devoted cat mum herself to three rescues who absolutely adore her. She’s looked after my own cat several times while I was away, and I always came home to a happy cat. Seryal has that rare mix of reliability and kindness that makes you feel completely at ease leaving your pets in her care. She sends updates, notices every little detail, and genuinely enjoys spending time with the animals she looks after. Any cat would be lucky to have her as their sitter!
