Boarding Philosophy & Requirements Boarding is offered thoughtfully, with your cat’s adjustment in mind: Minimum boarding stay: 5 days, as cats typically need time to acclimate and feel secure in a new environment At least 1 week advance notice to prepare a quiet, carefully arranged space For shorter trips, drop‑in care is often the lower‑stress option and is happily recommended when appropriate. Meet & Greet A meet‑and‑greet is preferred for both boarding and drop‑in care, allowing us to ensure a good fit and review routines together. Haomin was very kind and helpful in getting the cat sitting service scheduled. We left our shy cat for a week to go on a family vacation and she understood our cats personality and worked with her to make the separation easier. Haomin is incredibly considerate, patient, and truly went above and beyond in caring for my 4 month old kitten while I was out of town for a week. As a first time kitten parent, I was very anxious about leaving him, but Haomin immediately put me at ease. Every day Haomin kept me updated with thoughtful messages, photos, and videos so I could see how my kitten was doing. It was such a comfort to know he was not only safe but also happy and playful. Haomin spent lots of time engaging with him, making sure he had the attention and stimulation a young kitten needs. Haomin has two wonderful resident cats, Alexander and McQueen. I was initially nervous because my kitten was frightened by an older cat in his first adoption family, but Haomin’s cats are calm, gentle, and welcoming, especially Alexander, who became a great role model. My kitten even picked up new skills, like using the scratch board, by watching Alex! Despite my kitten’s never ending energy, both cats were patient and never once showed frustration. By the end of the week, my kitten had not only adjusted smoothly but also gained half a pound, which shows how well he was cared for. I am so grateful to Haomin for treating my kitten like family and giving me complete peace of mind while I was away.
