She’s the best! I use her whenever I can !
My first time using Rover. Hanne agreed to care for my cat going out of town. My cat doesn’t drink water so I use Rover for someone to feed her a wet meal for hydration. We scheduled 7pm Saturday and 7am Sunday but Sunday’s visit was cancelled 2 hours after. No communication on her end at all. Not sure if there was an emergency or anything. Nothing about a later arrival just fully cancelled. I had bags for litter that weren’t used and closed door was opened for no reason. Feel disappointed and uneasy, it is hard enough to be comfortable with someone in your home and to watch your pet..😣
