Hannah and I used to work together and she was always on the ball with dog sitting. She not only was flexible with shifts and time, but she was also very kind to the dogs. She went above and beyond what was expected by her. If not only would take the dogs on walks but spend time playing with them and making sure they are happy while the owners are away.
