I am a full-time emergency medicine physician assistant (PA) but adore pet-sitting in addition to my full-time job! I cannot think of a better way to fill my free time and pay off student loans than care for animals! My work days are long but I work fewer days out of the month than most. On the days I do work, my fiancé, Preston, helps out with the pets we are boarding or have in day-care. We have been together for 8 years and he is the best dog-dad to Ziva! Preston grew up on a farm and loves animals as much as I do. I only offer drop-in visits/walking on days I am off.

Does the dog get along with other dogs? Does the dog have any walking triggers? What commands do you use with your dog (ex. stay vs. wait)? I would also love to know what activities your dog enjoys, i.e. swimming, running, walking, tug-o-war, fetch!
A typical day
I have experience taking dogs on hikes, to beaches, to public parks etc. I am happy to take your dogs on such adventures or enjoy exercise in your or my own neighborhoods and yards!

Pet care experience
I am an animal lover who has had a range of pets throughout my life. I have extensive animal care experience from small rodents to livestock, have taught animal care at a summer camp, and have knowledge of animal first aid and medication administration. I have cared for dogs of all ages and energy levels. I have no breed preferences and have experience working with reactive and nervous dogs as well as puppies as young as 6 weeks. For boarding, we must schedule a meet-and-greet in advance to ensure that your dog gets along with my friendly, almost 3-year old GSD. This is not a requirement for other services.

Hannah is very responsive and reliable. My dog, Honey is very nervous around strangers and can be slow to trust new people, but Hannah has been great with her from the start! Highly recommend her :)
Hannah is the absolute best! 😍 Took my pup early AND dropped him off somewhere for me, plus sends pics/videos and check-ins every day and does so many fun things with my dog and takes him on adventures. Makes me feel so much less guilty going on vacation! 10/10 recommend. 🤩

Hannah is so sweet and an obvious dog lover! Our pup, Gus, had a great vacation at her home and made a new best friend in her own dog.
