When booking new clients I typically schedule a meet & greet close to the date of the stay in order to meet you and your fur babies and make sure we're a good fit. I want to know about their eating schedule and location, water bowls, meds, any idiosyncrasies, and if I'll be walking them, how well they walk on a leash and if they are human or dog reactive at all and the general routine or route taken. When doing overnight stays I'm happy to just hang out with your babies in your home so they aren't alone all day, and play with and/or walk them as requested. I won't be in your house all day but will spend a large portion of the day there.
Information Hannah T. would like to know about your pet
What’s your dog’s temperament like? I have experience with anxious dogs, which could come in handy. Tell me what I can expect around other animals, kids, and dogs. Does your dog have any special needs? Give me a rundown of diet and medical needs and fill me in on any quirks, routines, habits, fears, concerns and favorite toys. How much exercise is ideal? Tell me about any commands or release words I should use. Anything you can tell me will be useful.
A typical day
Your dog will get lots of play time to burn energy and plenty of cuddles and belly rubs, and you will get plenty of pictures and updates from me!

Any Dog's Best Friend!
Pet care experience
I’m a lifelong dog-lover. I grew up with boxers and have a soft spot for pit bulls, but I love all breeds. I managed a holistic dog and cat supply store (Hollywood Feed), and met and worked with a lot of dogs there. Due to my experience at that job I now know a lot about pet nutrition, as well as plenty of positive reinforcement training techniques. I like to stay active, but I also love to relax and cuddle -- a good balance of things that dogs like to do! I live with my spouse and our two cats, so I won’t be watching dogs overnight in my own home, but I can give your dog plenty of attention. Growing up, my family always had a dog, and I got my first dog as a puppy 10 years ago, but lost her to cancer in March of 2024. She was my beloved angel and my four-legged soul mate and I miss her terribly. We spent many happy years together though! I also have experience taking care of other's dogs and homes, playing with and caring for the dogs and keeping an eye on the house. I've watched a wide variety of dog breeds, everything from Chihuahuas to a friend's show Bernese Mountain Dog, and know that each and every dog has their unique personality and quirks. I am a great sitter because I completely understand the love and bond between a person and their furry companion. Please reach out to me if you think I'd be a good fit! I can't wait to meet you.
Reviews
Thanks Hannah!

Hannah clearly loves dogs! She had a great meet and greet with Theo. She was reliable and took Theo out on walks every visit. Theo was happy and relaxed when we got back after a week away, which is just what you want! I’ll definitely hire Hannah again.

Hannah was wonderful with our two cats. She sent great pictures and was timely with all of her communication. We wouldn’t hesitate to have her look after the boys in the future.

She communicated well and my boys loved her! Thanks Hannah! We will definitely be booking again.
