I have loved animals my whole life, practically raised alongside a mini-zoo. Growing up, I had four cats and a dog, each with their own quirky personalities. They kept me busy and entertained with their little adventures around the house. Right now, I have two cats who pretty much run the place; they’ve got me trained to their routine! I’ve always liked unusual pets too. At one point, I had frogs, and yes, even a tarantula! It was fascinating to watch them, and it’s definitely a conversation starter when people find out. Animals keep life interesting, and I can’t imagine a home without them. I have a good amount of experience with pet care, including giving medication to my own cats. I even gave insulin shots to a dog I pet sat regularly, so I’m comfortable handling extra care when needed. Keeping pets healthy and happy is really important to me, and I’m always willing to go the extra mile for them. I’m a big animal lover; both cats and dogs have a special place in my heart! I’ve had plenty of experience with both, and I just enjoy being around animals in general. Right now, my schedule is pretty flexible, so I have time to dedicate to the things I love. I am currently studying IT, but for now, I’m just enjoying life and keeping things open!

For new animals, building trust is crucial. I allow them to approach me at their own pace, using gentle and patient interactions to help them feel comfortable and secure in my presence. In cases like my cat who has hyperthyroidism, I ensure administration of medications, following the prescribed schedule diligently. I'm attentive to any potential side effects or changes in their condition. I incorporate regular exercise and playtime tailored to each pet's activity level. This keeps them mentally and physically stimulated, reducing anxiety and boredom. Safety is paramount. I take precautions such as securing hazardous items out of pets' reach and maintaining a secure environment, especially when caring for multiple animals. Communication is key. I want to provide regular updates to clients, keeping them informed about their pets' well-being and any noteworthy observations or concerns.

Kind, attentive, and thoughtful, Hannah has the soothing energy that our house full of cats needed. She was even graced by a visit from our most anxious cat, who usually hides under the bed and practically turns invisible around strangers-- a high compliment from such a suspicious animal! We were unsure about trusting our animals to someone we'd never met before but Hannah is an excellent, sensitive caretaker who sets both humans and animals at ease. Thanks so much!
