Hi, my name is Hannah! I have been an animal lover my entire life and have over 25 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, and other animals. I also worked in veterinary clinics beginning at age 15, which gave me valuable experience caring for animals with a variety of personalities, ages, and needs. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, basic grooming, administering routine care, and caring for senior pets. I understand how important it is to have someone dependable caring for your animals, and I will treat every pet as if they were my own.

Hannah took great care of Maggi! The meet and greet left us feeling comfortable, as this was our first experience traveling without her. Hannah sent a comforting photo and kept us informed. Hannah’s bloodhound was very gentle and receptive of Maggi even though Maggi wasn’t so sure at first. We highly recommend Hannah and her wonderful family. Your pet will feel loved and be well cared for.

Schedule
I’m a stay-at-home mom, so I’m home throughout the day and have plenty of time to give your dog the attention and care they need. Caring for animals is already a big part of our everyday routine, including caring for our own Bloodhound, Copper. This gives me the flexibility to accommodate feeding schedules, potty breaks, playtime, exercise, and plenty of attention throughout the day.

I offer a comfortable home environment with plenty of options depending on your dog’s individual needs. We live on 10 acres with lots of room for walks, exercise, and outdoor time. We also have a dog door that can be left open or kept closed depending on what is safest and most appropriate for your dog. Outdoor time can be on or off leash based on your preferences, your dog’s recall, and what is safest for them.

A typical day
Every dog is different, so I’m happy to adjust our day to match your dog’s personality and energy level. A laid-back dog is welcome to relax inside and enjoy plenty of attention and couch time, while a high-energy dog can enjoy walks, playtime, and lots of time outside. My goal is to keep your dog comfortable, happy, exercised, and as close to their normal routine as possible.

- Please let me know about your dog’s normal routine, personality, feeding schedule, medications, allergies, activity level, potty habits, and any behavioral concerns or special needs. I’d also like to know how they interact with children, other dogs, and other animals. You’re welcome to bring their favorite bed, crate, toys, treats, or anything else that will help them feel comfortable and at home during their stay.
