House Sitting: Unavailable Previously I worked at an animal clinic in Worthington, Ohio, where I gained a lot of experience and knowledge in caring for animals. This included cleaning cages, feeding and/or administering medication, recognizing friendly and aggressive behaviors, and providing care for disabled animals. I also worked part time as a Kennel Specialist in Lewis Center while in college. Currently I am working full time at Ohio State. I know how nerve-wracking it can be leaving your pets in the care of others (I certainly get that way with my pups!), so I hope that I will make a good fit for you and your pet, and I look forward to meeting you!

Schedule
I am available for walks and drop-in visits on a varied schedule, please read current availability. Saturday and Sunday I have open availability. I am currently not house sitting.
Where your pet will stay
Safety, trust & environment
When you book with me I am very aware of my surroundings and make sure to pay close attention when entering/exiting doors that lead outside (I know some pups can be escape artists!). If your dog does not get along well with other dogs/people, I will make sure to avoid certain areas or paths that might intersect with them. If your pet is allowed treats, I always make sure to watch them finish it and I would never leave a pet unattended with a bone/bully stick, even if the owner does. I know some pets can be shy/scared so I always approach with a calm and patient demeanor. My dachshund is this way with people so I know how important it is to gain a pet’s trust. I treat peoples pets with the care and attention that I would give my two dogs.
Pets
A typical day
WALKS I typically walk dogs around the area where they live, and can take them to the park if there is one nearby. If your dog does not like walking for very long, I can always bring him/her back home and hang out for a bit / throw a toy around. DROP IN'S Typically, the time during my visit will include a potty break (either walking or using back yard), feeding, and playtimes. I am also open to basic grooming such as brushing for a small fee.
