Hiya 👋🏻 I’ve been around dogs for as long as I can remember, so caring for them feels like second nature to me! I share a very needy Working Cocker Spaniel with my parents who often comes for sleepovers, so it’s safe to say there’s never a shortage of long walks, ball throwing and spaniel cuddles in my life🤣 I’ve had hands-on experience with a wide range of breeds, personalities and energy levels - Collies, Spaniels, German Shepherds, Labradors, Mastiffs, Dachshunds, American Bulldogs, Cane Corsos, Cavapoos, Staffies and Cockapoos, to name a few! When we first moved into our home, my partner and I rescued our first dog together, Leon - a beautiful Cane Corso x Mastiff who taught us so much about both large breeds and rescue dogs. We sadly lost him not long after and our home hasn’t felt the same since💔. Caring for other people’s dogs has been such a lovely way to fill that void and to help heal our hearts - we truly treat every dog as if they’re our own ❤️‍🩹. We also occasionally help with dog walking for our local rescue centre, so we’re very comfortable and understanding when it comes to supporting dogs who may need a little extra patience, reassurance or confidence-building. I’ll always keep you updated with photos and messages about your furry friend while you’re away and I’m more than happy to arrange a meet and greet beforehand so everyone (dogs included) feels completely comfortable😊.
