There is no better feeling than the relief you have knowing your pets are safe and well taken care of while away. I also know the feeling of missing them while gone. I’m here to help with that and send you pet updates along the way! With a lifelong love for animals, I’ve dedicated my time and career to caring for them in every way possible. I have some hands-on experience as a veterinary technician, giving me valuable skills in animal health and behavior. I’ve grown up with pets of all kinds from dogs and cats to reptiles and small mammals—and have been their primary caregiver throughout my life. My husband and I today have 5 cats, a black lab, a few reptiles, and are new to the chicken game! Currently, I’m pursuing a degree in zoology, which deepens my understanding of animal biology, welfare, and behavior. Whether it’s giving medication, understanding subtle signs of stress, or simply providing loving companionship, I bring knowledge, compassion, and reliability to every pet I care for. I do prefer a meet and greet first, so I can get to know your pet(s) and get a better understanding of their daily routine while you are away. I understand last minute plans may come up and will do my best to accommodate these, if I can. More fun facts about me! - I love turtles so much that those in my close circle still call me by my childhood nickname “TG” aka “Turtle Girl.” - I can’t leave the house unless I’ve said bye to each of our pets. - My husband says I’m a Disney princess because animals always find me.
