I know it is a lot to trust an individual into your home. I will listen to your expectations and boundaries and follow them. If you first wish to meet outside of the home to help with this I am happy to meet you. I will follow your instructions about the care for your pet and make sure you are happy with any plans I have for your pet. I will keep you updated on your pet while I take care of them.

I need to know if your dog has any medical needs so I can take the best care of them. If they have anxiety or any potential triggers on walks or at home. I also like to know what their level of training is and what their recall is like so I can make sure to keep them safe on walks. I also like to know what their favourite toy is, their favourite word, whether they prefer dry food or wet food. Anything so I can get to know them like you know them.
A typical day
Some dogs love puzzles while other dogs just like to go out and sniff the entire neighbourhood. Either way I will find a way to make sure they are doing an activity they love . Some dogs just like to be cuddled on the couch and be tucked into bed so they can sleep happily. Others might need constant play and high energy activity. I like to find new activities to try with dogs and other pets to see what they truly enjoy.

I have a Basic DBS that can be show on request. I've taken care of elderly dogs and puppies. I specialise in animals with anxiety and use reassurance and tools like thunder jackets to help them with this. I have many creative ways to deliver medication, even for pets that always find a way to avoid the tablet. I don't discriminate on breed, all dogs are good dogs. I have looked after large cross breeds to small bull dogs and understand different breeds have different requirements. I have my own rescue elderly staffie who has taught me a lot about keeping old dogs young and helping dogs with their anxiety. Pets like routine and boundaries, I will help keep their routine change to a minimum when their humans are away so they feel safe and loved. I like to have fun with animals, watching them trying to work out puzzles or taking them to new places is a joy. I will always love them and treat them like they are my own pet.

We can’t thank Hannah enough for taking such wonderful care of Odie while we were away. LOOK NO FURTHER. Hannah looked after our dog Mia while we were away. I was very nervous to leave Mia with someone else because Mia and I never been apart for that long since Mia was a puppy. Hannah made me feel very comfortable from the beggining. I prepared a very extensive guide for Hannah and when she arrived to sit Mia, I could see Hannah spent time reading it before coming as she already knew few of Mia’s quirks. During her stay, Hannah kept me well informed through the day with loads of photos and videos which I am so thankful for. Hannah stayed at my place in the hottest week of the year, and she was always been mindful of the heat. By day 2 I felt really relaxed and knew I made the right choise for Mia. Hannah took Mia to a cafe which she loved. Hannah also followed all my guidelines I asked her to and looked after Mia as if she was her own dog. Thank you SO much Hannah for taking such good care of my little doggy. Mia is very much looking forward to seeing you again in September.
Our 20 month old golden retriever, Finley, has just had a lovely 4 days homestay with Hannah and seemed settled and happy from the start. He can be pretty lively at times but Hannah's calm, kind and knowledgeable approach gave us confidence that he would be in good hands. Hannah sent us daily updates and we were delighted that he was even enjoying being taken to a couple of cafes. She also gave us feedback on our return, which was great. We would have no hesitation in recommending Hannah and look forward to her next stay with Finley later in the summer.
As always, very happy with Hannah, and our Mr ceaser loves his little holidays from us too, we will definitely be using Hannah again soon
