I grew up on a farm in Virginia and have cared for COUNTLESS animals in my young life. I adore dogs and cats (and horses and cows and chickens and donkeys and... you get it) of every shape, age, behavior and size. I'll love your pet like he/she is my own! I currently have a dog, Goose, and a cat, Stella, who are both great with other pets.

I've booked Hannah several times to take care of and and check in on my cat Barbara and now she's our go to sitter! She always arrives on time, sends tons of photos of her hanging out with Barbara, and Barbara's food/water/and litter box are always spotless when we come home. I know Barbara is in good hands with Hannah!
Hannah was great with my two days while I was out of town for 10 days! She was very responsive when I had questions and took the time to get to know my cats and their preferences, and did a good job maintaining their food area tidy as well. Would definitely book her again!!

We cannot thank Hannah enough for the incredible care she provided for our two cats over 15 days. One of our cats fell very sick right before our trip—he was lethargic, malnourished, and required daily medication and a special ointment for his ears. We were so worried about leaving him, but Hannah put us completely at ease. When we returned, our sick cat was like a different animal—he had gained weight, was active, and clearly felt much better. It’s clear that Hannah went above and beyond to ensure he received his medication and care with patience and love. On top of that, our cats are messy eaters, but when we came home, the apartment was spotless. Hannah even cleaned the bathroom and kitchen, which we greatly appreciated. Hannah’s dedication, professionalism, and genuine love for animals shine through in everything she does. We couldn’t have asked for a better caregiver, and we will definitely be booking her again in the future. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!
My trip got changed twice and Hannah was flexible and responsive and understanding plus she took great care of my sassy cat for the days I was away.

Schedule
I work out of my home (I run a nonprofit in the Mission district), and already spend a lot of the day playing with and exercising my own dog and cat! It's easy peasy to add some more furry friends to the mix :)

I'm comfortable with all different levels of exercise and stimulation needs-- I'll walk or run your dog 'til she's all worn out and play games with your kitty 'til those hunting instincts are satisfied. I have a strict schedule of feeding for my own pets and understand that food/medicine timing is very important to your baby's health! I'll follow whatever instructions you leave with the utmost care and concern for detail.
Pets
A typical day
We live near Dolores park, and that is my own dog's preferred off-leash play area. If you're not comfortable with my taking your dog off-leash, no worries! I'll still walk or run them until all their needs are satisfied. My own dog gets at absolute minimum 3 miles of walking/running per day! My cat and I enjoy a myriad of little games too, and I'll make sure your kitty is very well-stimulated while you're away.

- If you'd like me to board your dog or cat in my home, that's great! Please lead with whether they have experience with other pets since we have both a dog and cat in the home. I can also be flexible about keeping them separated in the apartment if necessary. Strong preference for dogs who are comfortable staying in the crate when I go out (never more than an hour or two) so I don't have to worry about how they're interacting with my own pets while I'm gone. We have a large crate here, so no need to provide your own!
