My husband and I were first-time Rover users and were very nervous about using this app. She was incredibly patient, understanding, and caring with both our pets and with me throughout the entire stay. She handled my questions and check-ins with professionalism and kindness, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while we were away. She stayed at our home and took great care of everything, including both our dog and cat. What stood out most was how comfortable our dog became with her. Luna is usually very cautious around new people and can be nervous around strangers, so seeing her warm up so quickly was huge for us. It was clear that Luna trusted her and felt safe in her care. We came home to happy, well-cared-for pets and a house that had been looked after. We are so grateful for all of her help and the peace of mind she provided during our trip. I would absolutely recommend her and would happily book with her again.

Camera footage didn’t show my dog being walked once even though my very detailed letter indicated two walks a day. This makes me wonder if he also didn’t receive his daily joint supplement for arthritis.

I did not have a good experience. The initial meet and greet was good. I was excited - following this all seemed well. Hannah reached out asking if I wanted her to come earlier than booking time. I said yes or at least by booking time. She arrived an hour late. No big deal… except I was boarding a 9 hr flight and no contact. From there, I get messages when garage opens and closes. I know she left for 8+ hrs. When we said dogs go out every 3-4 by meet and greet and by message. She’d taken another 8 hr babysitting job. It sometimes took several hours (even in the middle of the day) to get an answer. She told me she was going out and “didn’t know” when she be back. After them alone for 8 hr, this prompted me to pay someone else to come over as well. Then one day she went out most of the day checking on them only for 20 min. Dogs did not get out until 11am one day- at all. I said I was willing to be flexible but 11-12 hrs is too long. It was stressful as I was in Europe and had to leave my own wedding rehearsal with my financees family to try to make arrangements.

Hannah is great! She sent updates with photos while she house sat and watched our dog. Would definitely recommend her to anybody needing house sitting or their dog cared for.
