Hannah kept my two dogs in the past and was great. I booked her once again for a home stay. She got married this spring and lives on a working farm. She also works daily as a vet-tech. So, she is gone from 6:30 am to around 6:30 pm. Initially, I did not have a problem with this, as I work as a teacher, and my 2 dogs are used to being alone during the day. I also have a dog walker who walks them in the middle of the day. The issue I had with the latest booking is that Hannah did not stay at my house, despite the house-sitting I paid $400.00 for. Instead, she actually did a drop-in. On the first day, she texted me, saying she was in a hurry in the morning and didn't have time to get her things together to stay at my house. (She knew about this booking for over a month.) I was ok. She came to my house, fed and walked the dogs, then went home until 10:30 pm. She repeated this the 2nd day. I have cameras and was able to see her comings and goings. I texted her calling her out for not fulfilling her committment, and stated that if she was unable to prioritize my dogs, then I would contact Rover to request a partial refund and come home. She stated that was not needed. Unfortunately things did not improve. My neighbors reported that they never saw lights on at nignt. This resulted in my dogs being sequestered in bedrooms for 20+ hours per day. In my opinion, that is abusive treatment. I will NEVER use Hannah again, or will I use Rover, as I have not been able to obtain a refund.
As always, Hannah is amazing with our dogs. They love her. She’s very communicative, flexible, and professional.

Hannah is wonderful-great with our aging Maltipoo and knew exactly how to give him space and when to cuddle him. She’s responsible and knowledgeable. Great job!
Hannah was great with my dobbie. She spent time as much time as she could with him this stay. She was on time and responsible.
Hannah was a pleasure to work with. She communicated clearly and regularly. Our mutts were happy and healthy when we returned home. Thank you Hannah!

Schedule
I am currently working full time as a registered vet technician at a animal hospital. The weekends are a lot better but I can be flexible during the week.
