Pet care fits naturally into my routine alongside my shift work. Because I work shifts, my days off change each week, which actually allows me to be very flexible and available at different times — including weekdays when many sitters aren’t free. On my days off, pet care is my main focus, and I’m able to give dogs my full attention for walks, day care, or sitting. Even on working days, I carefully manage my schedule to ensure every dog receives the time, attention, exercise, and care they need — never rushed and never overlooked. I plan my availability in advance, communicate clearly with owners, and only take on bookings I can fully commit to, so dogs have a calm, consistent, and reliable experience.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety, trust, and a calm environment are always my top priorities. Whether I’m caring for pets in my own home or in an owner’s home, I follow their routines closely so pets feel secure, comfortable, and relaxed. In my home, dogs are welcomed into a clean, safe, and relaxed environment with plenty of supervision, affection, and appropriate exercise. I make sure spaces are dog-proofed, remove any hazards, and only accept dogs that I’m confident will be a good fit. I will always and ensure they always have fresh water, regular toilet breaks, and mental stimulation. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I treat the home with complete respect and maintain the dog’s usual routine as closely as possible — including feeding, walks, medication, and sleeping arrangements. I prioritise safety on walks, use secure leads and harnesses as instructed, and provide regular updates so owners feel reassured while they’re away. I’m calm, attentive, and reliable, and I care for every dog as if they were my own — creating a safe, trusted, and loving experience every time.
Information Hannah M. would like to know about your pet
Before a booking, it’s important for me to know as much as possible about your pet so I can provide safe, personalised care. Helpful information includes your dog’s daily routine, feeding schedule, exercise needs, and sleeping arrangements. Please let me know about any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or special care requirements, as well as your vet’s details in case of emergency. It’s also important to share details about your dog’s temperament, behaviour around other dogs and people, and any triggers or anxieties (such as separation anxiety, noise sensitivity, or lead reactivity). For puppies, I appreciate knowing about training cues, house-training progress, and routines you’re working on. For senior dogs, information about mobility, comfort needs, or slower-paced walks is helpful. Finally, clear instructions on leads, harnesses, feeding amounts, and house rules ensure consistency and help your dog settle in comfortably.
A typical day
I tailor activities to each dog’s age, energy level, and personality so they’re happy, stimulated, and comfortable. Activities include enjoyable walks suited to the dog’s pace, plenty of playtime, and lots of affection and cuddles.

Pet care experience
What sets me apart is the level of care, attention, and respect I give to every dog as an individual. I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach — I genuinely take the time to understand each dog’s routine, personality, energy level, and needs so they feel safe, settled, and happy. I’ve always had pet dogs, so caring for them is second nature to me, and I currently have a puppy, which means I’m very familiar with the patience, consistency, and structure puppies need. I’m confident supporting basic puppy training such as lead manners, routines, positive reinforcement, and calm behaviour, as well as providing gentle, attentive care for senior dogs who may need slower walks, extra reassurance, or medication routines. I’m calm, reliable, and genuinely love what I do. I treat every dog as if they were my own — prioritising safety, comfort, enrichment, and affection — so owners can feel completely at ease knowing their dog is in capable, caring hands.
Reviews

Lovely lady really friendly and clearly enjoyed walking Frank thank you
Hannah is absolutely great with my three dogs. She regularly walks them and you can see the love they have for her. Hannah is very responsible and follows advice given (one of my dogs can’t go off lead in the woods) including walking, feeding and giving cuddles! . Highly recommend Hannah as a pet sitter!
Hannah is absolutely lovely, super kind and loving with doggies. She is very engaging and the dogs adore her and never want to leave her side. Absolutely recommend
