This is our full time career and someone is always home with the dogs. Unlike large kennel businesses, we put dogs in kennels for a maximum of maybe 2 hours during the day apart from sleeping at night. Timing: our hours we allow dropping off and picking up are 8am-8pm. Timing is VERY important to us to keep a strong handle on the safety and environment as well as boundaries for our personal lives. You can give us a general time for booking and figure out specifics later, but you will need to confirm actual times no later than 24 hours ahead of time and keep to them. Changes happen and are understandable, but they need to be communicated as soon as possible. I reserve the right to use dynamic pricing : changing prices with slow and busy seasons, and raising yearly rates.

Information Hannah M. would like to know about your pet
How is their energy level? If they arent fixed, do you plan on it in the near future? Will they sleep in a kennel? How often are they socialized? What breed are they? Do they require medicine? And I'll get the rest of the general info at drop off
A typical day
A typical day for starts around 730. Everyone is let out to go potty and then back up for breakfast so we can be ready for daycare and boarding drop offs to start at 8. The daycare dogs bring an adventure everyday and run us all ragged until 4 or 5. Then after dinner, you can typically find us all on the couches watching tv relaxing.

Pet care experience
I am a professional dog behaviorialist and have certifications in safety. Safety comes first in everything we do. My fiance and I both run our small dog-care business together and have 2 personal dogs, which makes for anywhere between 1-10 customer dogs that will be in the house. We have an open concept play area where we spend most of the day playing. Some other details and guidelines we follow: we only allow pick ups and drop offs 8am-9pm and a heads up is best or there will be a longer than normal wait for us to get to the door. We dont accept outside only dogs, dogs that have high crate anxiety, unvaccinated dogs or newly adopted dogs(2 months). Do not send bones, toys or treats, they are not allowed, and no bowls as they will get lost. We prefer clip buckle collars over martingales and belt buckle styles. My legal limit is 12 dogs, which includes my own 2. We occasionally get there on dates other than major holidays. We are active in a rescue organization. We have found our space in the group mostly to help them easily go on vacation. So we are only taking vetted fosters in to keep everyone safe. So if you or someone you know is or wants to foster, reach out to see if I can help.
Reviews
My dog had a great time!

We really appreciated having someone to look after our very energetic boy while we were traveling internationally. We received a daily update with a photo (typically sent in the evening EST). Parker did develop an upset stomach during part of his stay, and he was well cared for while that was happening. He came home happy and really enjoyed playtime with his new friends while staying with Hannah
Extremely responsive and accomodating

Roxie had a fantastic time a d came home very happy and tired. Was given updates daily. Would 100% book again!
