She is an amazing sitter, I completely forever to rate on this app! But she was awesome and sent us photos and updates all the time.

I had the most horrible experience. We had booked a nine day stay with hannah The moment we got our pet inside from hannah's house, we saw that she had been infested with 100s of fleas. They were literally crawling all over her face and body. My husband had to scramble to get her the medications and supplies to bathe her and disinfect her bed, blankets, and all the furniture in the house. It took us almost 4 hours to completely remove all the fleas. What concerns and annoys me the most is that, before sending her to hannah's house, we had given her topical flea medication. Even with the medication she has been infeasted with sao many fleas. Its so suprising that she has got so many fleas on her and it was unnoticed. There were so manny dogs under her care. If they had looked at her for 5 seconds they would have seen all the fleas on her. They have not monitored her at all. how can they not notice it. If they had only spent 2 mins with her, anybody would have noticed those fleas crawling all over her body. I was literally crying, as her condition was as bad as a stray dog. I can't imagine how much pain she was in. We take care of her like our own baby. Looking at her in this state, I have zero trust that she was taken care of and was monitored properly. It would have literally taken 2 seconds of monitoring. This has no excuse. Also, our major concern now is the following tapeworm issues and her being sick due to the fleas, along with us disinfecting the entire house for the next few weeks.I am so disheartened seeing her state and equally infuriated . Very disappointing. I wanted to upload the video showing the fleas on her , but unfortunately there is no option to upload videos in the review. We had left her from dec 31/2022 to Jan 8th 2023. Just a heads up to other pet owners to check for fleas if your pet was with hannah during this time.

Hannah did a great job with my Sadie. She sent pictures of Sadie enjoying herself while playing. I always worry about her when I have to go out of town but the photos were very reassuring for me and my daughter to see that she was happy.

On a late notice, she was available for almost a week and I'm so happy she was! A loving family with the happiest dogs and a large fenced backyard to share your furbabies with. She sent me some pics, which was perfect timing, cause I was missing them. Will definitely use hee services again! Thanks so much ?

Sitter did a wonderful job and my pet was good. However, I got the wrong leash back from them and I am waiting to hear from them to recover my dog's actual leash. No response yet.
