I work from home as a freelance graphic designer and branding consultant, so I build my schedule around my healthy lifestyle and need for variety. This means I welcome and thrive on a change of scenery—whether it’s a drop-in walk in your neighborhood or an overnight sitting!

Safety, trust & environment
I keep dogs safe and comfortable on walks by only using fixed length leashes and paying very close attention to our surroundings as well as the dog’s energy and body language. Within my house, all toxic substances such as cleaners as well as bulk pantry foods and produce (looking at you, onions!) are kept safely contained and out of reach. All trash cans have dog-proof lids, and I supervise all time spent in our private, fenced backyard to prevent stick eating, digging, and other neurotic boredom-related behaviors.

Information Hannah L. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your pup is leash-reactive toward other dogs while walking, or simply dog reactive in general. I have a 25 pound poodle-mix who loves other dogs, but for sitting in my home, dogs must be dog-friendly. I can overnight sit in your home for a dog-reactive dog, and I can safely handle drop-in walks for dog-reactive dogs. My boyfriend can watch my dog if I am doing overnight sitting at your home.
A typical day
At my house, I like to take dogs out on a 15-20 minute walk every 4-5 hours, to ensure adequate physical activity, potty break opportunities, and mental stimulation. Water bowls on both floors of the house means no one goes thirsty! I have lots of toys and soft places for dogs to chill out such as dog beds and rugs, and the sofa in my office is dog-friendly.

Fun, responsible, energetic!
Pet care experience
I have experience walking, running, and house-sitting all breeds of dogs and treat them all with dignity and respect. My experience spans the gamut of needs, age and energy levels, and I enjoy them all. I approach even the most difficult dog as a family member. Your family is just as important as mine!
Reviews

Hannah is reliable, punctual and professional! We left our fur baby is great hands!

Hannah is an awesome dog walker! She gives detailed updates and is mindful of my dog’s reactivity. I would recommend her for any service.

Hannah was great with Eevee! She stayed in touch, kept me updated and sent pics throughout her stay. Eevee enjoyed her company and looks forward to next time

Hannah did an amazing job watching our puppy. She played with him a lot and kept him very happy. She did a wonderful job keeping me up to date with their daily activities and also sent pictures and a couple of videos which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Hannah if you are in need of a loving and caring pet sitter.
