Pet care experience
Your unique pet will have a lovely time with me.
I've had pets for as long as I can remember, so looking after dogs and cats is second nature to me. I feel most at home with animals - I studied zoology at university for this very reason, as I'm fascinated by each animals unique personality. I'm often recruited by my friends to look after their pets while they're away. I've looked after everything from dogs and cats to fish, hamsters and gheckos, and I've loved hanging out with them all. I want to make sure your pet has a good time, so I will of course take note of any special requirements they may have and I'll always be patient and friendly. I'm very energetic and love to exercise so come rain or shine, if your dog wants to go out, we'll have a great time. Likewise, if you just want someone to check in and make sure your pet's fed and doesn't feel lonely - I'll be sure to give your pet the attention they deserve. I'm a writer and I work from home, so I have a very flexible schedule.

Qualifications
Safety, trust & environment
Before heading to someone's home, I will ask what their pet's behaviour is usually like, what sort of things they like to do and how much they like to be interacted with. I will bear this in mind as we spend time together, being sure always that your pet is comfortable, relaxed and well cared for while I'm around. Any speciality requirements to do with things like feeding, play, or cage trained dogs are absolutely welcome.

Hannah was brilliant with my slightly skittish aloof cat and made her feel comfortable whilst we were away. Super lovely, trustworthy and definitely can recommend her to look after your cat if you ever need a cat sitter ☺️

I rebooked Hannah for a puppy walk and as usual she was amazing. Respectful, friendly and caring. Absolutely trust her to look after my wee guy and would 100% recommend.
Hannah has been absolutely amazing sitting my puppy for a few days, she is so bubbly and got on with him so well. He was well loved and looked after in her care. Already planning to re-book and would recommend her to everyone!

Schedule
I'm currently a freelance writer and education facilitator, so a lot of my work is from home. That means that I can be very flexible and I'm happy to say hello to your petsduring office hours (and of course at lots of other times of day and night if required)
