Hannah K. has cared for our three pets several times, and this most recent stay set a new standard. She is tremendous. We have three animals, and during this visit each one needed a different care routine due to injuries. Hannah handled it with total focus and confidence. Medications, special instructions, close monitoring. She stayed on top of every detail and never missed a beat. She treats each animal as an individual. You see it in how she adjusts her approach, how closely she pays attention, and how quickly our pets settle in with her. They trust her. That matters. She is also a dedicated dog walker and fits right in with our community of neighborhood pet owners. Communication is excellent. She sends thoughtful updates, shares great photos, and asks smart questions when needed. You always know what is going on, and you never have to chase her down for information. She also takes great care of the house. Everything is clean, organized, and exactly as we left it. During this stay she managed a power outage and a couple of storms without missing a step. Hannah was AMAZING! Our pets loved her (she shared the photos, which was great), and she diligently kept us posted on events while we were gone. She successfully navigated a power outage and even bonded with our super-shy Daisy (cat). Our house was clean and tidy, and the pets were happy. Outstanding job and we would HIGHLY recommend.

My Golden Retriever had just been neutered a few days prior to my having to leave town for two days, so boarding wasn't an option and I needed to find someone that I could REALLY trust given the cone, meds, etc. I visited Hannah and her partner Brian's home the day before dropping Asher off, and knew he would be in great hands. They texted me regularly with pictures, assured me that he was doing great, and when I returned and went to pick him up on the way home from the airport, he was out with both of them for a walk on his leash. Great people that I highly recommend!
