She is very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure my cats felt safe and loved while I was away on a business trip. From the moment we met, Hannah Jane put me at ease with her warm personality and extensive experience with animals. She sent regular updates, including photos and little notes about how the cats were doing, making me feel so connected and reassured. Harry, who’s usually shy around new people, was curled up next to her by day two! She took care of everything with such care and attention to detail, from feeding and litter box cleaning to playtime and cuddles. I came home to two very happy cats, it’s clear she treats every pet like her own. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, kind, and truly exceptional, Hannah Jane is it.
