I work part-time as a teacher, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for pets throughout the week. I’m available for walks and check-ins before work, after work, and I also have multiple days off each week where I can dedicate extra time to pet care. Because of this, I’m able to provide consistent attention, exercise, and companionship. I live a very active lifestyle and make it a habit to walk or hike at least five times a week, so regular walks and outdoor time are already part of my routine. This makes it easy for me to include dogs who enjoy exercise, fresh air, and exploring. For boarding, I’m available on both weekdays and weekends and can make sure pets receive plenty of attention, activity, and care while they stay with me.

Safety, trust & environment

I try to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and part of the routine whether they are staying in my home or I am caring for them in their own home. In my home, I have a spare room specifically set up for animals so they have a quiet and comfortable space if they need it. Pets are welcome on the furniture and I aim to create a relaxed, home-like environment where they can settle in easily. I have a large yard for supervised outdoor time, and while it is not fenced, I always make sure pets are closely supervised outside. My neighborhood also has a fenced dog park, and I live next to several walking and hiking trails, which is great for dogs that enjoy getting out for exercise and exploring. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m very respectful of their space and always try to keep pets on their normal routine as much as possible. I’m comfortable feeding, walking, playing with pets, cleaning litter boxes, and administering medication if needed. I can also crate dogs if that is part of their normal routine. My goal is always to make pets feel comfortable and cared for while giving owners peace of mind that their animals are in good hands.

Pet care experience

I have been dog walking and pet sitting for over 10 years and truly love caring for animals of all kinds. Over the years I have cared for small and large dogs, cats, and even fish, and I’m comfortable adapting to each pet’s personality, medication needs, and routines. I’ve also been a dog owner myself for the past 15 years. My family currently has two Queensland Heelers who are 10 and 15 years old, so I have plenty of experience with both high-energy working breeds and senior dogs. Because of that, I understand how important exercise, consistency, and patience are for keeping dogs happy and healthy. In addition to dogs and cats, I’ve cared for many other animals including chickens, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, and lizards. I’m currently fostering a 3-year-old bunny, which has been a wonderful experience. Animals are a big part of my life, and in my free time I volunteer with animal rescues as well. I treat every pet I care for like they’re my own and always focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. Whether your pet needs a walk, playtime, or just some company, I’d love to help!

Hannah is fantastic, Lucy enjoyed her company a lot and she was very good about keeping me updated. She’s a great animal person and any pet would be lucky to spend time with her!

Definitely recommend! Me and my wife went on a 3-day trip and left our dog with Hannah, she sent us pictures, took him on hikes and loved on him. We will 100% be using her services again

Hannah has watched my two dogs a few times and it has always been a positive experience! She is reliable and always makes sure to send me pictures. She’s also very good at making sure my dogs get plenty of exercise every day! I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Hannah! She has been so great with my two frenchies. She follows my instructions, is always on time, and very responsible. I haven’t always had success with sitters, but not with Hannah! You won’t be disappointed!
