Hannah was fantastic! I am incredibly particular as are my dogs. I have high needs dogs, particularly seniors that require extra patience and attention to which Hannah provided exceptional care. She came through to care for my dogs on short notice and went above and beyond to care for them. I trust her and really appreciated how thoughtful, compassionate and patient she was I highly recommend Hannah. she was incredibly attentive and communicative. Again I am someone who’s incredibly particular and she exceeded my expectations. Thank you for everything Hannah.

Hannah recently watched our golden retriever and Siamese cat rescue while we were away for a wedding, and from start to finish we couldn't be more impressed. From the very first meeting, her professionalism and compassion was what really stood out - she immediately was able to put our pets (and us!) at ease. When we came back, our babies were in excellent spirits and we found our home looking better than we left it, which was very much appreciated. Hannah is a rare find - reliable, professional, and genuinely kind-hearted. We will definitely be booking her again and cannot recommend her enough to any pet parents looking for peace of mind.

I cannot express enough gratitude towards Hannah for the exceptional care she provided for my Husky, Fluffer, during my recent vacation. From the moment we met Hannah, it was evident that she possesses a profound love for animals, combined with an impressive understanding of their needs. Hannah went above and beyond in every aspect of Fluffer’s care. Not only did she ensure that Fluffer adhered to his regular feeding and exercise schedule, but she also made extra efforts to keep him engaged and happy. Hannah's daily updates, complete with photos and videos, kept my mind at ease, showcasing Fluffer's adventures on long walks, play sessions, and how he was lovingly integrated into her daily life. Her attention to detail is unparalleled; she even noticed when Fluffer seemed a bit more lethargic than usual and consulted with me immediately. Her proactive approach ensured that Fluffer was always in good spirits and health. Moreover, Hannah's knowledge about the Husky breed and her ability to cater to their high energy and grooming needs is truly remarkable. Fluffer came back home looking even more radiant and well-groomed than when he left. But, what truly sets Hannah apart is the genuine affection she showed towards Fluffer. It’s clear that she didn’t just see this as a job, but as an opportunity to make a meaningful connection with Fluffer. He, too, was absolutely smitten with her – a testament to the warmth and care she exudes. Choosing Hannah to take care of Fluffer was undoubtedly the best decision I could have made. Her professionalism, expertise, and, most importantly, her loving nature towards animals have made her an indispensable part of Fluffer's life. We are already looking forward to booking her services again and cannot recommend her highly enough. If you want peace of mind knowing your furry family member is in the most capable and caring hands, Hannah is the one to call.
